Hello, MVD United Methodist Women Units,
With the sun shining, flowers blooming, it seems all is right with at least some of the
world. Your executive U.M.W. team has been blessed with two new officers. Peggy Hewitt
is filling out the MNO term and Cecelia Long the E&I position. We now
have a full team. Welcome to both of those talented ladies. Thank you to all
the District members that have been praying about this.
It is time for you to get your reservations in for Cooperative School of
Christian Mission. The District has been blessed again by a generous
donation from our District Superintendent Chris Heckaman to provide a
scholarship for a District member. Anyone interested in that scholarship give our District
Treasurer a call. Thank you, Rev. Heckaman.
Hope to see many of you on the Mission Trip in June. Have a blessed, safe spring and
summer.
